Benefit's BADgal lash
Today I will be reviewing Benefit's BADgal lash mascara and giving my first impressions. I received a sample size of the product when I used 500 of my Sephora points and picked up the SWEET to meet ya sample pack.
I was really excited to try this mascara, because Benefit's They're Real mascara is one of my favorite go to products!
So let's put this product 'Under The Microscope' and see what it's really like.

I have to say I was really surprised at how large this mascara's brush actually was, it is HUGE. I personally prefer a smaller mascara brush, it makes the application of getting from the lash base to tip easier. The brush bristles are very soft and flexible which I did like.
The formula would definitely fall on the drier side for me, but not to the point that it flaked at application. How black is the black you might be wondering? Well I would have to say it isn't the blackest black, but I really like how the overall formula applies in combination with the color. This mascara is great if you are looking to create a 'defined natural' lash look.
I found that after 2 coats { see photo above } it really did a great job of enhancing my overall natural lashes, which is great as a day to day casual lash experience. I don't really feel as those it was overly volumizing as much as it was enhancing.
So would I purchase the full size mascara? Well probably not any time soon. I have so many to use up right now that it would be silly to add one more to the pile! I think that it's worth the $19.00 'IF' you are looking for a good day to day natural lash enhancing product.
