Rave Review: CVS Eye Makeup Remover

Today I wanted to share my thoughts on a product that I am so in LOVE with!! I know that in the beauty world there are a million different products and it's really hard to shuffle through and find the ones that just rock your world, but I can't contain it any longer I must share about the CVS Eye Makeup Remover. It is friggin' amazing!

I think it's really important to have a really great eye makeup remover and I say this because as women tugging at the eye area can end badly no matter what kind of genes you have! It can cause premature wrinkles and no one wants those. Finding a product that can take off the most feisty of eye makeup is of first importance in my opinion. 

I have thought so many times that I have found THE product, but was only left frustrated when my waterproof eye makeup won't budge. Grrrr. This is no longer a worry for me as I have found the solution (no pun intended). The CVS Eye Makeup remover really gets the job done....gently. Previous to this I was using a pretty great eye makeup remover (I'll talk about it in the "Products I've Used Up" video, coming soon to my beauty channel), but it was time for a change, I felt as if my skin had adapted to it and I was struggling to get my makeup off.

First of all the price of this product is amazing, I picked it up for $5.00USD. Hellooooo, great right!! Some removers run quite high and let's face it we go through this stuff like water, so I am ok finding a more cost effective beauty product.

It says on the front label it is comparable to the Neutrogena Oil-free Eye Makeup Remover. I have never tried that product so I can't comment there. Maybe that would make for a good blog post!!

It is an oil-free formula that contains aloe and cucumber to helps soothe and hydrate as it cleans. I also really like that the first ingredient is water. I know this might sound silly, but you really have to be careful with beauty products like this, you don't want the first ingredient to be alcohol, that will just dry out your skin and this is the eye area we are talking about here!

I really like the scent of it too, it isn't strong whatsoever and has a nice light fresh fragrance to it!

I also like the money back guarantee stated on the back of the bottle. Makes you feel a bit better that if you ended up hating the product you have some options.

All in all this is my new favorite product! I love that I can pick it up conveniently at CVS for a great price. It has definitely been put to the test with different makeup products and brands and has done an excellent job removing them. I am so happy to have picked up this product!! I give it 5 stars for sure!!
