My Top 3 Concealers and Reviews

I hope you are all having a wonderful start to the week! The weather here has been amazingly hot so I can't complain.

I wanted to talk about concealers today. I normally stick to what I like when it comes to foundations and concealers and very rarely venture out of that, unless it is a really special product, but in the past month or so I really stepped outside the box and picked up 2 new concealers to try. What a rebel, I know! Ha!

For the past year or so I have been crazy about the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer and just loved it so much that I didn't want to give anything else a try. It's just in the past few months I have heard some really great reviews on these 2 concealers and so I had to see for myself.

I wanted to keep this review real, so in the photos it's bare bones. No foundation, etc. Just an application of concealer and setting powder. I wanted to see the real results.

A bit about my eye area, it is super sensitive to products so I have to be really cautious and I suffer :( from major under eye circles.

So without further ado, here are my 3 favorite concealers and some mini reviews!! I hope you enjoy!

As you can see I really truly do use my Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer alot and I am due to pick up a new one!

The first concealer I want to talk about is the Covergirl & Olay SimplyAgeless Eye Concealer. I picked this up because I was hearing some rave reviews from my favorite beauty gals and finally knew that I needed to try this for myself.

Now I have to say that Covergirl is not my favorite drugstore brand. I haven't found alot of products that I really love so I was apprehensive when purchasing this product, but I found it interesting that they teamed up with Olay to create an under eye concealer.

The texture of the concealer is really creamy almost like light serum which I find really nice, especially because it goes under the eye. I find this concealer really lightweight and easy to apply. It does not burn my eye area (I have sensitive eyes that burn from products quite easily). As you can see from the photo it does a pretty good job concealing, but what I like most about this is that it brightens the under eye beautifully. I have been turning to this concealer on days when I might not be doing a full face or just a light natural look.

All in all I am really impressed. When it is paired with foundation and the whole face application it really does cover well. I also want to mention that it doesn't settle in the lines really holds up well throughout the day.

I just had to mention the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer again. I know I have talked about this product a ton in previous posts, but I just think it deserves the credit. This concealer applies really nice, has an amazing formula and holds up throughout the day like no ones business. I also love the applicator sponge idea on this concealer. It makes application a breeze!

As you can see from the after photo, it really does an amazing job of brightening the eye and concealing. I find that this concealer reflects the light which helps to deviate away from the dark circles. I strongly suggest giving this one a try if you haven't yet!

I have to say that the Maybelline Fit Me concealer is giving the Instant Age Rewind a run for it's money! This concealer really has shocked me, I didn't think that it would be as amazing as it actually is!

This concealer has a lightweight formula with a ton of pigment which makes it  great when trying to cover those pesky under eye circles. It doesn't settle in the fine lines and lasts and last and lasts. I think Maybelline really did a great job with this one!

I absolutely recommend this if you are looking to try something new. This  concealer makes me feel like I am using a high end product.

It is slowly becoming my new favorite. Dare I say it.

So I hope you enjoyed learning about my favorite concealers at the moment!!  Leave a comment and let me know what your favorite concealer is! Also don't forget to subscribe to stay in touch with me!! Lots of exciting changes!!
